Signacula trial workspace terms.

These terms govern access to Signacula trial workspaces operated by Victor Vale Commercial Services Ltd.

1. Trial access

Trial tenants may create a workspace, add test users, and assess core property operations workflows for 30 days unless Signacula extends the trial in writing.

2. Customer data

Each tenant is responsible for entering accurate data and ensuring they have authority to invite users.

3. Security

Users must keep account credentials confidential and report suspected misuse promptly.

4. Availability

Trial access is provided for evaluation. When the trial period ends, the workspace may become read-only until a subscription is activated or the trial is extended.

5. Commercial service

Paid access, service levels, data processing terms, and any customer-specific requirements are governed by the applicable subscription or commercial agreement.
