Signacula trial workspace terms.

These sample terms are provided for testing and product review. They should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before being used with paying customers or live resident data.

1. Trial access

Trial tenants may create a workspace, add test users, and assess core property operations workflows for 30 days unless Signacula extends the trial in writing.

2. Customer data

Each tenant is responsible for entering accurate data and ensuring they have authority to invite users.

3. Security

Users must keep account credentials confidential and report suspected misuse promptly.

4. Availability

Trial access is provided for evaluation. When the trial period ends, the workspace may become read-only until a subscription is activated or the trial is extended.

5. Final agreement

A final commercial agreement should replace these sample terms before live paid deployment.
